YOGA WITH MARISA
Marisa is an RYT Certified Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Meditation and Dance Instructor. She is known for rocking playlists that guide a dynamic, challenging practice with deep breath for full body transformation.
Raised by Yoga Teachers, she has been practicing her whole lifeHer relationship with yoga has changed over the years to match the various phases of her life from purely physical, to diving into the yogic philosophies, to deeply spiritual. Her mat has always been a place to come and meet herself exactly where she is. The practice of yoga has weaved its way into the practice of her life; show up, take action, breathe, let go, reach a new level, rest, repeat. Life has become her yoga and her practice allows her to marvel at the mystery with way more peace.
Her teaching certifications started in 2015 with a 200 hour in Hatha Yoga, 100 hour Baptiste Power Yoga, 100 hours in tantric meditation, 100 hour embody dance certification and her absolute favorite, becoming a BODY ALIVE teacher in 2023!
