The Metamorphosis Method: Terms and Conditions

Rules of Engagement:

a. Respect: All participants commit to treating each other, including the facilitator, with respect and kindness.
b. Active Listening: Participants agree to practice active listening during all sessions and group interactions.
c. Communication: All communication will be conducted with kindness, empathy, and non-judgment.
d. Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information shared within the group.

Payment Terms:

a. Participants agree to continue all payments as agreed upon for the full 6-month duration of the program.
b. For those on a recurring payment plan, a 2-day grace period will be granted for each payment.
c. A $50 late fee will be applied to payments made after the grace period.
d. There will be no refunds issued for any reason once the program has commenced.

Scheduling and Attendance:

a. All workshops will be LIVE via Zoom and the recording will be provided within 24 hours if you are not able to attend live.
b. Your presence and live participation in the group calls and group chat is appreciated and highly encouraged both for yourself and your contribution.

Retreat:

a. The program includes an invitation to the private 5-day luxury retreat, only for the Metamorphosis 2025 group. You will be notified with details, dates, and the investment soon for planning.
b. If a participant chooses to add on the retreat and is unable to attend the retreat, no refund will be issued.
c. Participants may find a replacement to attend in their place if they are unable to attend.

Liability and Medical Disclaimer:

a. Participants agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to the start of the program.
b. The guidance provided in this program is based on extensive training and is offered with the utmost integrity. However, it is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
c. Participants are encouraged to seek professional help for any medical or psychological concerns.
d. Marisa Hallsted and The Metamorphosis Method program will not be held liable for any conditions or additional treatment required by a licensed medical professional.

Acknowledgment:

By participating in The Metamorphosis Method program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. You also understand that violation of these terms may result in termination from the program without refund.
